Post-Exam Outing! - 13 Oct

Hey guys,

Thank God for and time of fellowship and bonding on Saturday during the post-exam outing and for everyone that came! It was a change from stoning at home or just playing pointless computer games :) It was really warm in the afternoon but thank God for the cooling drizzles after that. Thank God for the space that was made available for our activities.

It was 5 hours of fun playing soccer, volleyball, captain's ball, frisbee, basketball and polar bear! The field was rather wet so we actually spent most of the time at the basketball court at the Thomson CC, the area below Ian's block, or at Ian's house. Jessica and Jonathan Yuen also cooked "Turon”, Philippine food for us (Fried dough with banana in it I think). Delicious! A must-try for all those who have not tried it before. There was also this cute, little boy below Ian's block who came to play captain's ball and soccer with us. He was really enthusiastic about picking up the ball when it flew out of court so we did not have to keep chasing after the ball haha

Other than the sore feet for the rest of the day, thank God for the lack of injuries.

To all those whose exams have not ended, don't get jealous! Continue to study hard for His glory! Jiayou! For those who have finish your exams, what better way is there to celebrate the end of your exams? Do come for the next outing!
