Bonjour!

Well, as you can see, i've progressed from being a nerd, to looking like one now... got my first pair of specs in the history of my life two Tuesdays ago... it's incredible...

Ok, i shall save my French phrases for later cos my French is still in a terrible state...haha, taking basic French this semester, hopefully that would make a difference...

It's been 20 days since i left, and man, the fact that school is starting on Monday has yet to sink in! Thank God for a safe trip all the way! Been relaxing in London for approx 2 weeks and had 10days to spare after i arrived in Rouen (the state in France where my school is).... shall spare everyone the facts, since most are having exams this time... but guess been able to settle in pretty well, and things are convenient here... though terrible expensive... oh, and i had my first mini-adventure, cos me and my friends missed the last train home from a small town, so some of us ended up roaming the streets at night till morning cos all the hotels were full and the only available for too much for poor students like us...

Anyway, yea, i'm gonna keep this post short... haha... will be headed down to church for the first time in France tomorrow, hope it'll be fine! God has been very gracious to me by allowing things to be comfortable for me, material and accomodation wise... Spiritually, i can't say it has been terribly easy for me, had certain struggles, and juz recently met with more struggles, things which God are bringing back again and again till i have victory over them, so do pray for me if you have time yea? tis painful, but necessary :) more of figuring out and handling certain things... and learning to walk by faith... :)

Btw, i listened to a message last Saturday night, and it struck me with such force i nearly fell off my chair... and i must say it really set the tone for me and the way i ought to approach my time in Europe... and here's the url, do watch it if you have time: http://www.desiringgod.org/ResourceLibrary/Sermons/ByDate/2008/3204_The_Mind_of_Christ_Looking_Out_for_the_Interests_of_Others

alright, i've promised to keep this short... but here are just some photos for ya! And yes, I've been praying for you guys! keep shining for Jesus! :)
