Guys & girls

Last night, I had a conversation with a dear person. I said, "Men are initiators, women are responders. Men & women have their unique roles, according to how they are designed. That Designer is God!"

She cut me off by saying, "There is no right & wrong now. Anybody can do what he or she wants. When a choice is made, you live with that choice for the rest of your life which means, if you (as a woman) chose to play the role supposed to be for the man, you live with that. There is no other way. That's just how it is right now."

Simple conversation like this sparked many thoughts:-
Is there not a Designer?
Is there not an order?
Is life supposed to be like that?
Is there not a Savior, Lord, Guide & Counselor for creation like us?
Etc. etc.

Oh yah! We are left with no choice. We just have to take every matter in life into our own hands. I find this so pathetic. I see hopelessness, helplessness & the very "lost" state in humanity. Yet, the voice that raised its head high to counter is "Oh, is there a God? You are just so weak & so dependent."
