Groups in the Youth Ministry

This short article is to help you understand more about the groups in the Youth Ministry.

These are the 3 groups.

1) Fellowship Groups (FG)
2) Small Groups (SG)
3) Discipleship Groups (DG)

- Fellowship groups (FG) are organised according to the age of the youth. They are designed to better meet the fellowship/social needs of our young people. The size of the FG may varies from 12 to >100 teenagers.

- Small Groups (SG) are still under construction. We are learning more about small groups within a youth ministry. SG are designed to take care of the individual needs of the youth, so that no one will be left out as GLCC Uth Ministry grows numerically. The size of the SG may varies between 5 to 12 teenagers.(Still under construction)

- Discipleship Groups (DG) are organised in groups not exceeding 4 people. DGs are designed to meet the discipleship needs of youth committed to the LORD and SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST. The youth will grow spiritually together in their DGs. The size of the DG may varies between 3 to 4 teenagers.
