Thanks Be To God!

Praise God for the wonderful time we had with the elderly at the St.John's Home last Saturday! =) thank God for bringing in even more people with us in this latest visit too! As what I got for the attendance was 10 of us but on the actual day, 2 couldn't make it and out of nowhere, another few joined and we had a total of 12 of us from the Uth! And plus the people from SF, there was a total of 20 plus of us. =)

Besides, thank God for the sweet time of singing session with them too! It was really a very different experience and feeling to be singing with just the elderly, who sang along with us too, as we usually sing and worship God with people of all ages. Really blessed my heart to see how the Grandma and Grandpa treating us as their own children and sharing so much about their lives with us!

Quoted from a Grandma : "If it has not been God's grace and love for me, I think I won't live till Today and even be able to know you. No matter what happens, must trust God, okay? He is the only one who will help and save you from all kinds of situation. Because He loves all of us in a very different way."

This Grandma actually suffered a lot of setbacks in her life and I really mean a lot but I'm really encouraged by what she shared. Hope this encourages you too. Many a time, when we face difficulties in our daily lives be it long or short term, we tend to want to give up in one way or another. But this Grandma who is already 70 plus years old and has been through so many bad incidents in her life yet holding on so strongly to God, knowing that God is greater than all that she has been going through! Praise God for her life! =)
