Often times, words fail to describe the workings of God. However, one thing I can say for sure is that we saw the Lord.
We saw brokenness in the young leaders as they serve God. Quoting one of the leader’s prayer, with tears in her eyes, “Lord, forgive us of our foolish pride..thank You for breaking us”. This year God used leaders as young as Pri 5 to show forth His love to His sheeps. I want to thank God for them - Raynor, Justin, Mark, Jonathan, Elizabelle, Jessica, Glenda and Samantha.
We saw grace and mercy poured out upon us as there was 100% profession of faith, as far as we knew. Thank God for every soul ushered into His Kingdom! God-willing, lets go full evangelistic for next camp!
We also saw the sovereignty of God. The weather forecast predicted 3 days of thunderstorm throughout Singapore. We saw dark clouds, we heard thunder and hence, we prayed for perfect weather and God answered, it did not rain!
It is a blessing to hear children make a joyful noise to our Lord. I felt the Holy Spirit’s presence, especially the last day of worship.
We saw servant-heartedness. Thank God for every youth who came to help and support. Thank God for all your prayers, the thing we needed most. Lastly, thank God for Pastor Mike and Uncle Ivan whose love for the Lord humbles me!
Let’s now look forward, may we reach the hundreds for the Lord!
