This is my prayer in the Desert
When all thats within me feels dry
This is my prayer and my hunger and need
My God is the God who provides.
I quote this first verse as an encouragement to everyone and anyone who needs it (including myself! Haha). "My God is the God who provides". Who is our God? The One who spoke and the world came into being, who gave Abraham a son in his old age, who parted the Red Sea, who turned water into wine at the wedding feast in Cana, who fed thousands with 5 loaves and 2 fishes, who walked on water, who rose from the dead, etc. (And this is just the tip of the iceberg, I can go on for a long time.)
Our God lives! He sees and hears everything! How could He forget you if He died for you?
"I am come that ye might have life, and that ye might have it abundantly" John 10: 10b.
Food for thought eh? Munch on it!
