She Said, "Yes"

It was an amazing time waiting and singing and getting ready for that few minutes. Running around during the amazing race, for someone’s birthday. I later found out that the only reason why Ray bought my bluff was 'cause there’s just that little bit to Mimi that he knew and we didnt. I’m glad even my little scare segment for Ray went well.

That moment when Ray was nervous and kept talking, I am sure that in his head, he was just trying to prep himself at the very last minute, thinking of the transition over to kneeling. Those seconds where we just turned, from “God & Ray love Mimi” to “Will you marry me”. I think being a part of proposals always makes you special to the couple. Yes, Youth, and Teens, not all of us were there, but I’m sure we all played a part in everything.

Being at the side, I had a chance to even glance at a few random people who were intrigued by the noise we were making. How they were laughing, clapping as well. It somehow made me excited. Maybe it's stupid for me to get excited, but I know God has someone for me, and one day I’d be on my knees, just waiting for the same words Ray was dying to hear. I quote him from twitter, “She said, 'Yes.'."
